Haemimont Games AD is a Bulgarian corporation formed in March 2003 as a result of its spin-off from Haemimont-SmartCom AD, a Bulgarian software and telecommunications development company. It is Bulgaria's leading computer video games designer, developer, and publisher. Haemimont Games is dedicated to bringing game-play and content-rich RTS (real time strategy) and RPG (role playing games) to the PC and console markets on a worldwide basis. Haemimont Games' products have consistently gained high accolades from the industry's premiere associations and publications for excellent design, playability and quality. Known during the Soviet era as the Silicon Valley of Southeastern Europe, Bulgaria is today becoming increasingly recognized for its exceptionally high educational and professional standards in the fields of computer science, engineering, and mathematics. The Company presently employs approximately 50 highly experienced game designers, programmers, and digital artists.

Examples of two new products currently under development are:
Skills and Strategy - scheduled to be completed in September 2005 and launched in time for Christmas 2005, this is an RTS game in the same genre as the company's first two games. Using a significantly enhanced version of the engine used for these two products, Skills and Strategy will be a PC-based multiplayer game.
Bogodom: Times of Darkness - scheduled for completion launch in 2006 - is an Action-RPG. Representing the company's most ambitious design and development effort to date, Bogodom will use an entirely new 3D engine for release in PC and Xbox formats.
In addition to conceptualizing and developing all facets of its proprietary products, the Company has considerable experience in localizing its products for many different markets and languages as per the requirements of its publishers and distributors. Its products are developed in such a way as to facilitate rapid, easy, and inexpensive localization. Haemimont Games is a certified Xbox developer.
